Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Processing:

  • All service orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Methods:

  • Digital services will be delivered via email or through our online platform. You will receive an email confirmation with access details once your order is processed.
  • For physical products related to our services, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your service or product has been delivered. For physical products, a tracking number will be provided.

Damages:

  • GLive Infotech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during physical shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Delivery Policy:

  • We currently do not offer international delivery for physical products. Digital services are available globally.
Returns Policy

All sales of e-services/products are final. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer Cancellation, returns or exchanges once the service has been delivered. By purchasing our e-services/products, you acknowledge and agree to this no returns policy.
